Visual Qickpro Guide

A good reference guide for people who are already familiar with the workings of After Effects, but not very helpful for complete novices. For people wanting to learn how to use the program from scratch I found the "After Effects Apprentice" book by Trish and Chris Meyer far more instructive, well written and the lessons easy to follow.
