1. Applying Amr's Patterns ? We are and it's working.

   Transformation of any organisation, from the small to the very large (like ours) is not as simple as it might seem. You have to have a well thought out strategy, which not only addresses the needs of the customer, but also satisfies the business need in order to be successful. Working through the exercises in this book with the stakeholders of the business & customers has given us real strength in an adoption strategy which the company really believes in. Amr walks you through both personal and organsiational change strategies with a set of patterns to apply where appropriate. What I like about this book is Amr is not pushing one golden bullet approach for success, but instead gives you a great insight to where each agile practice fits into organisational goals, and leaves us the reader to determine our own startegy which is the best fit for us, based on what it is we need to do in our business. If you are looking to transform your teams or are already underway this is a must read.
