1. Really thorough overview

   I bought this book because I needed an overview of Agile strategies, having been tasked with researching Agile development techniques for one of my client companies.
   
   The whole thing is very well written. The structure and layout are logical and easy to follow, and the author seems to have gone out of his way to explain everything in clear, straightforward English. Unlike so many management books, which can feel a bit like PowerPoint presentations committed to paper and loaded down with jargon, this is not only easy to read but actually enjoyable.
   
   An exceptionally good and useful book that comes thoroughly recommended.
