Not really a Cloud Computing Book

This is really a book about ITIL rather than Cloud Computing. Of course, ITIL will be useful in managing Cloud Computing, but the author has not even bothered to illustrate the processes with Cloud Computing examples.
No, this is a cut-and-paste job from a generic ITIL text, with one cover page to mention Cloud Computing.
