This must be the most disappointing book I have ever seen - it has a few paragraphs on what cloud computing is, and the rest of the book is a high level regurgitation of ITIL V3 concepts, with no link back to Cloud Computing. If this an example of the standard of books from 'The art of service',then I wont be buying any more of their books.
