End-to-end dynamic processes
Rated out of 5 stars, January 12th, 2010
This book is a "must-read" for anyone contemplating true end-to-end BPM across all the process variants/silos that any enterprise has. This book explains how you can componentise your proceses in a dynamic soa architecture to make them truely agile and configurable by the business using a business language (ontology). End-to-end BPM across silos with generic SOA and BPM will probably end in tears - this book tells you how to avoid those problems! -
Lucid, pragmatic and leading edge insigh in SOA and BPM
Rated out of 5 stars, November 12th, 2009
A lot of introductory SOA and BPM literature paint a "blue sky" picture of these architecture paradigms. This book doesn't fall in that category. This is an advanced book, clearly based a very mature experince of applying SOA in large and complex environments. It's a short book that tackle very complex issues, then it is not always easy to read...but it is certainly worth the effort. I am not rating it 5 stars only because the content is heavily focused on IBM technologies.
