Great Intro to SharePoint

If you are new to SharePoint then this book is for you, plenty of hands-on instructions well explained. I particularly liked the chapter on blogs and wikis. If you have used the previous version of SharePoint, then there is some repetition, however, this book does contain details of workflows, linking up and synchronising data from within Word, Excel, Outlook and Access 2007. In fact, I love what you can now do with Access 2007 and SharePoint.
