1. The missing link

   As a student of SQL server BI development, I found this book immensely helpful. It provides a mature view to the technologies and considers solutions as a whole not broken down into the relevant technologies like the books you study with.
   It has been written in a good style, clear and concise and easy to understand. The author obliviously knows what she's talking about.

2. Good overview of the MS-BI suite

   Rated 4 out of 5 stars, December 12nd, 2009

   Covers at a high level the architecture of the MS-BI stack and then provides a more detailed review of each of the components. The book's a very good primer for those who don't know anything about SSRS, SSIS, SSAS and BIDS. Main drawback is that it goes overboard on explaining what each section is going to cover, covers the section, and then reviews what's been covered.
