Reviews for Teach Yourself Visually HTML

  1. Great book, with easy-to-follow instructions

    Rated 5 out of 5 stars, July 12th, 2007

This book is great for beginners in the HTML language.
With this book, I have created my own website, and plan to use the knowledge I have learnt, to build many more.
It shows you (through colour pictures, all very clear and easy to follow) how to add an image to your website, how to add links to your page, how to change the background colour/image, how to add video or audio files to your website, as well as the basics of how to save a document as an HTML document, and then view it in Internet Explorer (so you can see how your page will look, once uploaded to your website), plus much more.
A fantastic book, which I recommend to anyone who has no previous knowledge of HTML, as it is so easy to follow, and does not overwhelm the reader with technical jargon; 5 stars.
