   This book is an entertaining, educational, and practical text that, surprisingly, is suitable for developers and DBAs of all levels. Like that other great book Optimizing Oracle Performance there is a theme about using a methodical approach. However, this book contains lots more technical information and is bang up-to-date with information on all recent releases of Oracle including 11gR1. I bought it in hardback and am very happy with my purchase.
