This book contains a lot of useful information about the XP registry and how it works, but you need a fairly sophisticated understanding of Windows and computer terminology to understand it. It certainly isn't for beginners.
A lot of the book is directed at IT professionals managing large networks, so is irrelevant to the home user, but if you are a someone who likes to tweak your system settings or you're huning for a fix for an insoluble Windows problem, then this could be the book for you.
